Terry and Maureen Tiritilli

The Alan Anderson Award is presented by the Washington Square Neighborhood Association to recognize residents that take great pride in their homes. The award is given to exemplify the landscaping values that Alan recognized and loved in Washington Square. It's fitting that the Tirtilli’s are the current recipients of the award as they are in the final stages of a major relandscaping project. So far they have added new awnings, lighting, cozy seating areas and created a colorful, easy-care oasis of low maintenance flowering plants combined with colorful trees and greenery. Tiritilli Award HomeLong time Santa Ana residents the Tirtiilli parents hired their teenage son and his friends for a lot of the physical labor for the hardscaped areas. For the design and plantings, they combined their efforts with local nurserymen at Flowerdale Nursery to achieve their beautiful result.

Tiritilli home in the morning

This is a house that is definitely worth a drive-by. Take a detour down Louise and check out the Tiritilli's yard in the morning light. Tiritilli collage
