You may have noticed the Alan Anderson Award sign displayed at the lovely home of the Saucedo family at 1301 North Freeman. Angie and Angel have lived in the home almost 5 years and have been improving and remodeling almost since they moved in.

When asked who designed the recently relandscaped front yard, Angel unhesitatingly responded, “my wife. She has great ideas.”

Looking at the home that is certainly true. It seems Angie sat down at her computer about 18 months ago and designed the whole thing, drawing the new walls, planters, sidewalk, plantings and perimeter fencing. Now that her vision for their front yard is reality, she may be available to help her friends and

neighbors with theirs.
